Justine is an experienced consultant and passionate facilitator with a strong focus on delivering performance improvement through a strategic approach to developing human capital. Clients describe her as an energetic trainer whose sense of humour and relaxed and confident style serve to put participants at ease while holding their attention.

She also has a particular interest in cross-cultural and virtual work teams after spending over 10 years working in and around Asia.

Justine gained her management, consulting and facilitation expertise in a variety of senior roles with leading-edge training and consulting organisations:
